Please read this document carefully before registering on the okbaee platform or using any of its services. By using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions were last updated in January 2026. Any changes from the previous version will take effect automatically.
General Provisions and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the okbaee platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "user", "member"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.
The key terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
- Platform: The okbaee website, mobile interface and all associated services.
- Account: A user's registered personal gaming profile.
- Balance: The total funds held in an account (both real money and bonuses).
- Bet / Wager: The amount of money placed to participate in a game or event.
- Wagering: The process of meeting a required total bet amount to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age and Eligibility
To register on the okbaee platform and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age — the platform is open only to those who are 21 or older.
- You must be a legal individual with the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your own name.
- Participating in online gaming must not be prohibited by law in your place of residence — it is entirely your responsibility to confirm this.
- You must be betting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
- You are not enrolled in any gambling addiction rehabilitation program and are not on a self-exclusion list.
2.2 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. If false information is provided, okbaee reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any deposited funds. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
Account Security and Identity Verification
3.1 Protection of Login Credentials
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately. okbaee will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a third party gaining access to your login credentials.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure a safe and fair environment, okbaee may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required during the verification process:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
Payment methods available for depositing funds at okbaee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Deposited funds may take up to a few minutes to be reflected in the account.

4.3 General Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
- You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
- Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- The right is reserved to suspend any transaction if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
- At the time of a withdrawal request, it will be verified whether the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (25x). Examples are given below:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500 (Wagering: 25 × ৳1,500 = ৳37,500 in bets must be placed).
- Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum) → Total Balance ৳37,000.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry date and conditions, which apply at the time of claiming.
- A bonus may only be claimed once — it cannot be claimed again by the same person, household, address or payment method.
- If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
- The maximum bet amount allowed using bonus balance will be stated in the terms of each offer.
- okbaee reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
6.2 Sports Betting
- Odds are subject to change — the odds applicable at the time the bet is accepted are final.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, a refund or void will be determined in accordance with the betting policy.
- The right is reserved to void any bet if an unusual betting pattern is detected.
- The same rules apply to all cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games are operated on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial. The game providers' own rules may also apply.
Prohibited Activities and Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if carried out, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing or attempting to abuse the bonus system.
- Using artificial intelligence, bots, scripts or automation software.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Conducting transactions using stolen payment information.
- Threatening or harassing platform staff or other members.
- Operating an account on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
Limitation of Liability
The okbaee platform provides services on an "as is" basis. okbaee will not be held liable in the following circumstances:
- Loss in a game or bet due to internet connection disruption.
- Transaction delays due to issues with third-party payment gateways.
- Service disruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government directives).
- Loss caused by the user's own device or network.
- Loss resulting from the user's account credentials being disclosed to a third party.
In any circumstance, okbaee's maximum liability will be limited to the total balance in your account at the applicable time.
Privacy and Data Protection
okbaee gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. All data is securely stored and transferred using SSL encryption technology. Personal information is used only for service delivery, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 Closure by okbaee
okbaee may close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct.
- Providing a false identity or fake documents.
- Direction from a regulatory or legal authority.
10.2 Closure by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn after all wagering requirements have been fully met prior to account closure.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between okbaee and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.
To resolve a dispute, first notify the support team in writing. An initial response will be provided within 30 working days of receipt. If resolution is not reached through the support team, both parties may follow an alternative dispute resolution process by mutual agreement.
Changes & Updates to Terms
okbaee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to users' accounts or an announcement will be published on the website.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
